Just got my car washed this morning, and Smith Brothers did their usual wonderful job! The staff is always so friendly. They work so hard, and my car looks amazing, inside and out! I love this business. Great price for good quality and kind people.

I’d go again, had a work truck detailed and it looked great. People who are leaving a one star review must’ve missed the HUGE sign that says something like “this is NOT a detail, it’s design to get you on the road quickly” Don’t expect detail level work, but they provide a great value for the amount of money and time you’ll spend here.

If you're the owner of the car wash on Thompson Ln, you owe me 175.30 for my tire. Tuesday, March 31, 2026, I took my car to get it washed. The young man that was working there that evening, did not seem to know how to direct me unto the track. As a result, my rear tire was busted, and I had to go buy another one. I have been there many times. A long time customer. I feel I need to be compensated for that. If you're not the owner, tell me who is. Benita Pollard

I wanted to give this place a shot despite their bad reviews, but I do see why they have those bad reviews. I paid for the most expensive car wash, I do understand it’s not a detailing car wash, they still should wipe down the dirt after it’s washed. I did call up there after noticing my car was still dirty, and the girl said that the manager was outside and she would let him know that I was unhappy. After getting home and really looking at my car. I noticed they didn’t wipe down a lot of the stuff that they said they did especially since their brochure listed those specific services. I will be taking it back up there to have it get recleaned.. or just do it myself and take this as a loss.

Came last Saturday. Paid for the works. Called them once I realized there were water marks and some kind of waxy spotty residue on my car, I called. I was told to take pictures. I did. The picture showed where there were marks all over my tire covers and on my paint. The interior was also not thoroughly cleaned. Including my windshield that had smudges all over it. I should’ve taken even more thorough pictures, but I thought this company would do the right thing and take care of me as to do a re-wash like stated. I get there today, and they refuse to make it right. I had paid previously paid for the works, and they were already starting to get it ready to go through the wash. Once they told me they weren’t honoring the redo and I wasn’t paying, they literally pulled it out and then left soapy residue all over my vehicle. Their employees were drying it off the best they could. I am now in worse shape. The manager asked if I took it back last Saturday, but by the time I realized, I couldn’t make it in time before close. I definitely showed my butt a little, but this place is definitely not taking care of their customers. I paid nearly $60 with tip for this service, and it was a terr
